The board and the staff of the Frontenac Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC) would like to welcome Ella Vanderburgt as their new business development officer.   With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, business and financial management experience, Ella works collaboratively with community partners to assist business owners and their staff to analyze their business, identifying strengths and areas for improvement while providing guidance and support to increase business growth and profitability.
