Judy graduated in 2006 from Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto and went on to practice in multi-disciplinary clinics in the Toronto area. Her special interests include pregnancy and postnatal massage, Craniosacral Therapy for infants, Massage Therapy as a complementary treatment for addictions and mental health, cancer care, and the mind-body connection in stress reduction and healing.

As a former social worker serving women and families, Judy understands the importance of a healthy therapeutic relationship to the healing process and will work along with you to help you meet your health care goals. Since graduation, Judy has pursued further training in Pain Science, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Yoga Massage, Infant Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Soft Tissue Release. Judy utilizes gentle Swedish and Craniosacral techniques, as well as deep tissue massage to improve circulation, release muscular tension, improve posture and flexibility, and facilitate relaxation. In her spare time, Judy enjoys learning violin, camping, canoeing, and yoga. She has been making her home on Wolfe Island for the past seven years with her husband Peter and children Elijah (5) and Annelise (2).

Judy is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
